This support site provides resources to help both staff and students get started with the Vista online learning environment.

News: Changes have been made recently to the Access and Account Creation Processes for My eLearning Vista. The Staff Support tab provides details of how to register for and get access to modules/courses in My eLearning Vista.

System Requirements

Select the System Requirements tab to learn how to optimise your Vista experience. Setting up your computer with the correct browser and plug-in software is an essential prerequisite to working successfully with Vista.

Alternatively, download a short guide to the general system requirements (MS Word) for all UNSW eLearning systems supported by Learning & Teaching @ UNSW.

Staff Support

Select the Staff Support tab to learn about Vista staff roles, training, creating and designing online courses, using Vista templates, and managing your online enrolments.

Your eLearning Group Administrators are also available to answer questions about any administrative matters.

Student Support

Select the Student Support tab If you are a student and need information about accessing Vista, how to complete various activities in Vista or want to know where to get further support.

The Getting Started Guide for students provides a brief introduction to help you begin working quickly with Vista.
